This is Rochelle's "Faces"...her original card was so beautiful, I had trouble bringing myself to touch it!
This one is Lindesay's...Kisses for a Toad. (see what I mean about the camera?) It says "The Long Awaited Woman"..."I expected a handsome Prince, not a handsome horse named Prince!"
The flip side of Rochelle's...
And Kristin's "inspiration"....
I have received most of mine back - and they're all great! I've been thinking I might make books with them - the back sides are as interesting as the fronts, and each theme can have it's own adornments and embellishments....
I love checking the blog...as Olga mentined, not a lot of activity, but it's great to check out everyone's work when there is a fresh post!
Off to celebrate with a wine, and start to think about round 2!
Hi Tracey, Rochelle has certainly sent out some lovely's - I can see why you wouldn't want to alter them. I was pleasantly surprised tonight to see your post as it's been a while since yhere has been a new one to look at. Keep up the great work. Happy Creating, Olley.
ReplyDeleteHey Tracey, Your postcards look really wonderful, although I can see what you mean with the camera not working! It's great to have so much happening on the blog - two entries in the last two days! I'm now waithing with expectation for your next blog!
ReplyDeleteHi Tracey,
ReplyDeleteYou have been busy, great works. Rochelle did a beauitul job with the watercolour. I'm still wondering where July went.
I misplaced my postcards after the Gelatine & Teabag art workshop and only found them now to send the last of Round 1 out, your's being one of them. It was ready to go when I lost the bag I had them in.
I'll organise them this weekend to send out & finish Round 2 next week. I hope so....Having Fun with ART, Kym :)
HI all...I posted and then haven't been back for a while! Kym..I'm with you - don't know where July or August have gone...I'm frightened that September might disappear without my even knowing it showed up!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the encouragement girls!
